My name is Danny. I am a miniature Poodle.  I weigh approximately 12.5 pounds and am approximately 6 years old.   I was found by animal control wandering the streets who then in turn called Safe Haven Rescue to find me my forever home.

I came into the rescue with both kennel cough and I tested heartworm positive.  My mom gave me medicine to get me over the kennel cough and my 2nd heartworm treatment is now complete. It takes two treatments of medicine to kill the  heartworms and 60 days for me to get all better, so I'm almost there.  I'll be getting neutered this week and having my teeth cleaned too. I want to look my best for my new family!

I get along well with the other doggies here and even know to go to the back door when I need to go potty. When my mom needs to go out for a bit, I am happy to go in my crate and take a little nap until she returns. When she comes back, I bark and  wag my tail to let her know how happy I am to see her.

This dog's adoption fee is $150. All our furbabies are fully vetted including, but not limited to, spay/neutering and vaccinations, before they are adopted. These fees help to cover our costs.
